We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the rollout and management of sustainability metrics across our organization. You will collaborate closely with business teams and IT to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of critical data used in strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to support the rollout of sustainability metrics.
- Maintain, steward, and enhance sustainability-related data within the enterprise data warehouse.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation tasks to ensure data quality.
- Execute data operations, monitor daily data loads, and resolve issues proactively.
- Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure root-cause resolution.
- Support documentation of data processes, definitions, and standards.
- Work across multiple data-related activity streams and projects concurrently.
- Continuously explore opportunities to improve data workflows and reporting efficiency.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in data management or analytics within the investment or banking industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Python is a plus.
- Meticulous with a strong eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience in data operations and troubleshooting production data issues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with sustainability or ESG-related data.
- Familiarity with data governance or data warehousing tools.
