Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualifications in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar quantitative discipline,
- 2-5 years of hand-on experience in MS SQL, Jira, Confluence, Qlik Sense, Power BI, eazyBI and relevant data/report-related plugins for these systems
- Excellent command of Excel, and preferably fluent in one or more data analysis languages / technologies / tools, such as Python, SQL, SAS, R, SCALA and similar.
- Basic knowledge in banking operations is required. Having experience as a data analyst or in a related role/field in banking/finance industry is highly desirable.
- Experience in gathering and documentation of business and technical requirements for data collection, analysis, maintenance, and reporting purposes.
- Proficient in designing, developing, modeling, and documenting data-driven solutions - including capturing / creating / utilizing data architectures, metadata systems, data dictionaries, databases, applications, pipelines, BI Tools, Big Data Platforms, analytical /query, and visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
- Exceptional data visualization and communication skills to present findings and insights to senior management and key stakeholders, including non-technical business users.
- Excellent written / oral communication skills to effectively interact with different stakeholders and external vendors, able to work independently under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-fostered, multi-tasking environment, and a proactive team player who is curious about data and possesses a strong drive to create and lead initiatives.
