Responsibilities of Data Analyst (Operations)
- Provide first-line support for critical data pipelines essential to business operations.
- Manage daily tasks such as data validation, entry, cleansing, security reviews, and operational reporting.
- Respond to operational incidents by coordinating communication with users and preparing escalation reports for leadership teams.
- Design and maintain internal tools, documentation, and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency in daily support activities.
- Manage complex access rights and entitlement configurations across a diverse set of systems and platforms.
Requirements of of Data Analyst (Operations)
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree
- Over 5 years of hands experience in a Data Operations or Data Analyst capacity
- Over 5 years experience working in a Linux or Windows environment
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Professional working experience in the Financial Services industry, buy-side experience highly preferred
