Role Overview
Role Title: Data Mart Analyst
Function: Data

Core Responsibilities
- Requirement Implementation & Data Development: Based on Data Mart design documents and business requirements from Data Product Managers, efficiently and accurately develop ADS-layer data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL and data analysis tools.
- Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous data validation on developed datasets and reports to ensure accurate metric calculation, consistent definitions, and reliable data. Document related processes.
- Product Operations & User Support: Responsible for the daily monitoring, maintenance, and performance tuning of live data products. Provide frontline user support, basic training, and gather user feedback.
- Efficiency Tool Utilization: Proficiently use the team's data toolstack (e.g., DBT for transformation, BigQuery for querying and processing, and BI tools like Tableau/Looker for dashboard creation) to enhance development efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Must-Have:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence (BI), or data development.
- Expert proficiency in SQL, with excellent data processing, logical structuring, and performance tuning skills.
- Hands-on experience in developing complex reports and dashboards using modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, QuickSight).
- Strong data sensitivity and attention to detail, capable of independently ensuring the accuracy of data deliverables.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with DBT and BigQuery, familiar with their development paradigms.
- Experience working in agile teams and with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Basic business acumen with the ability to quickly learn common metrics in specific domains (e.g., e-commerce, OTA).
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills, strong sense of ownership, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
