The Traffic team leads Shopees efforts in building and scaling high-impact collaborations with key external platforms. From opportunity scoping to go-to-market planning and performance tracking, the team works cross-functionally to integrate external platforms, drive seamless user experiences, and expand traffic sources across Shopees markets in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Brazil.
Job Description:
- Assess key partnership initiatives performance and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze traffic metrics and competitive trends to inform business planning
- Develop high-impact executive presentations to support partnership development and stakeholder engagement
- Conduct user experience research to gather insights
- Assist in product testing to enhance functionality and usability
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in business, marketing, analytics, or related fields
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Strong in clear communication and stakeholder collaboration
- Highly organized and responsible, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Full-time interns preferred (36 months commitment)
