The role involves managing and analysing data to support the continuous improvement of skills and career advisory services. You will leverage insights from trends, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to continually ensure that Advisory Services maintain standards of excellence.

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and organising daily, weekly and monthly data.
- Conduct data analysis and create visualisations to help identify trends and insights.
- Utilise large language models to analyse and extract insights from unstructured data.
- Suggest and implement ways to improve the data collection and analysis process, such as automating manual tasks or introducing new tools for efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and/or external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data documentation and quality control procedures.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the team.
Requirements
- Strong interest in data management and analysis.
- Comfortable working in Excel.
- Comfortable working with large datasets, data visualisation tools (PowerBI), and large language models.
- Diligent, resourceful, and responsible, with good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with team members.
