Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare employee listings for the survey.
- Assist with data mining, cleansing, and extraction.
- Provide data analytical support for engagement surveys, including verifying data accuracy and addressing or redirecting queries from other departments during and after the survey period.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for the survey, including primary staffing tasks, preparing communications and emails for stakeholder engagement, and creating presentation slides and meeting materials.
- Identify gaps in survey information and ensure proper documentation, maintenance, and enhancement of survey knowledge management.
- Manage primary staffing tasks and logistical arrangements, such as booking meeting venues, preparing equipment, and coordinating meeting materials.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
- A good honours degree in any discipline
- Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel or any other data analytics tools
