Data Analyst, Healthcare Analytics (2-Years Contract)

What you'll be doing

• Assist in managing end-to-end data analysis projects

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using analytics tools

• Support the design and implementation of data pipelines and automated reporting solutions

• Conduct statistical analyses to inform operational and strategic decisions

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytics solutions

• Ensure adherence to data governance standards and best practices

• Support the development of analytics frameworks and evaluation methodologies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven initiatives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Data Science/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Computer Science or related studies

• 2 - 4 years of working experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles

• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (Python, R, SQL)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills

• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
