Key Responsibilities:
- Review, validate, and manage distribution reports (e.g., production tracking, compensation reports) to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with business rules
- Analyze business data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support decision-making and strategy execution
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, propose solutions, and support the development of new processing models
- Provide analytical insights into business processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead or support system-related projects such as new implementations, system migrations, database changes, or reporting structure enhancements
- Troubleshoot issues, provide interim solutions to maintain business continuity, and recommend process improvements for efficiency and scalability
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in business data analysis and reporting
- Experience in various data analytics tools eg Alteryx, Anaplan, Python, Power BI, SQL, etc
