This is an 18-months contract, we have two openings for a data engineer and a data analyst. You will be working with our client, a global fintech and payments company.
For Data Analysts:
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract insights and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Create and maintain BI dashboards and reports to support business and leadership decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across all analysis and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement of data analysis practices.
For Data Engineers:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models.
- Collaborate with analysts, product, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Build and optimize BI solutions and data platforms for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and organizational policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data gaps, anomalies, and pipeline issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related roles.
- Strong expertise in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with Python.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL design patterns.
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive).
- Exposure to cloud platforms and tools (e.g., GCP, BigQuery).
- Familiarity with fintech, payments, or related industries.
