Responsibilities
- To deliver periodic (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) performance reports of daily operations.
- Planning, designing and maintenance of above mentioned performance reports.
- Work with Performance and CRM data, including transformation, spotting anomalies & troubleshooting.
- Creation and maintenance of Excel Macro/VBA using syntax as and when required.
- Basic SQL programming to perform data extraction when required.
- Stakeholders liaison and management, both internal and external.
Requirements
- Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of VBA, Tableau and SQL
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
