Key Responsibilities:
- Execute business initiatives and support business planning, excluding change implementation projects.
- Automate reports and build dashboards for trade volumes, sales performance, and margins.
- Optimize reporting processes and ensure data integrity across all outputs.
- Analyze trade and financial data from internal systems.
- Contribute to senior management decision-making with analytics and stakeholder feedback.
- Support forums and committees, and monitor internal governance activities.
- Investigate issues affecting business performance and evaluate external service providers.
- Collaborate with trade department stakeholders to enhance reporting solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in banking or financial industry, focusing on trade or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with report automation using Excel (VBA, Power Query) or Python.
- Familiarity with banking systems and trade-related KPIs.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
