The Research Fellow will support multi-cohort Human Biomedical Research studies, leveraging data to drive innovation and evidence-based decision-making. This role requires a hands-on data professional who can transform complex datasets into meaningful insights while collaborating closely with principal investigators and research teams.
- Analyze and interpret large, complex structured and unstructured datasets
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations to generate actionable insights
- Build and deploy predictive models using machine learning, statistical techniques, and AI
- Develop algorithms to forecast trends and support decision-making
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Guide and mentor junior/in-house data analysts
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability throughout the analysis lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields
- Hands-on experience (min. 2+ years) in data analysis, statistical modelling, or machine learning
- Strong practical experience working with large datasets and building analytical models
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, research-driven environments
