We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs, build robust dashboards, and identify trends and patterns that can optimize our operations and growth in the Singapore/Regional market.

• Data Extraction & Transformation: Extract data from primary and secondary sources (SQL databases, APIs, ERP systems) and clean it to maintain data integrity.
• Analysis & Insight: Use statistical techniques to interpret complex data sets, identifying trends, correlations, and patterns.
• Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with department heads (Marketing, Ops, Finance) to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide data support for strategic initiatives.
• Data Governance: Ensure data handling processes comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and internal security policies.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data collection and reporting.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 24 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role.
• Core Skills:
• Strong proficiency in SQL (must-have for querying and joining data).
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Expertise in Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VBA/Macros).
• Proficiency in at least one major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView).
• Cloud Knowledge: Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift) is a significant advantage.

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to approach problems logically and break down complex data into simple stories.
• Communication: Strong ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data reporting and documentation.
• Proactive: Self-starter who can identify business gaps without being told where to look.
