Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and business performance improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with data, identifying meaningful insights, and transforming complex information into clear and actionable recommendations that support strategic and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. The Data Analyst will develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators and support business planning processes. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand analytical requirements, improve reporting efficiency, and provide insights that contribute to organizational growth and operational excellence.

Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. A solid understanding of data analysis methodologies, statistical concepts, and reporting practices is essential. Familiarity with data visualization, forecasting, and performance measurement techniques is highly valued.

Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms is expected. Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages is considered an advantage. Experience working with databases, automation tools, and large-scale datasets will support success in this role.

Strong communication and presentation skills are important, with the ability to explain technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

A degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization technologies are viewed positively.
