We are a growing dance studio committed to building an inclusive and empowering community across various dance styles. We are now looking for talented dance instructors to teach K-pop, Jazz, and Girl Style.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach engaging classes in K-pop, Jazz, and Girl Style to students of all levels.
- Instruct fluently in both English and Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with our diverse student base.
- Maintain a flexible schedule with a focus on weekend availability to meet class demands.
- Manage and promote our brand through social media platforms, including XiaoHongShu (XHS), WeChat, and Instagram.
- Foster a strong student community by planning and hosting monthly engagement events, such as picnics and workshops.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Dance & Teaching Experience: A strong background with proven teaching or performing experience in K-pop, Jazz, and Girl Style.
- Social Media Savvy: Experienced and comfortable with creating content and managing community engagement on social media platforms.
- Professionalism: A positive and reliable individual who able to represent our studio professionally
Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary with additional, attractive performance-based incentives determined by the number of classes taught and student sign-ups.
