D&T Executive

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Supporting and maintaining the office network systems (Microsoft, Firewall, Leased / ADSL lines, Web Portal etc)

2. Administer Active Directory O365, Hyper-V & VMWare(Windows), Network Servers inclusive of installing Operating Systems & Software, IT Security & Compliance

3. Hands-on experience in Ofice365 platform with Cloud based skills.

4. Handling & managing AD Server & MS Azure/EMS

5. Handling of Infrastructure (Firewall), Servers backup & Recovery.

6. Servicing of users requests and providing support for all in-house software & requirements.

7. Involve in troubleshooting and resolving of servers & laptops problems.

8. Carrying out the upgrading of the office systems (network, servers, desktops & related equipment / software).

9. Maintain proper records of all equipment, software, incidents, activities and services provided.

10. Assisting in the disposing of obsolete, defective or non-serviceable equipment.

11. As and when required, will provide briefing to the users on the usage of the office systems (standard applications, office network and related processes).

D REQUIREMENTS

. Possess Diploma in Computer Science or its equivalent.

. One (1) or more years of working experience in supporting network servers, desktops, notebooks and software in a network environment.

. Able to support network servers, desktops, notebooks, printers, switches, routers and other related equipment.

. Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (server & client), AD Server, Office 365 Administration, MS Azure / EMS Implementation, Hyper-V, Lotus Notes / Domino, Backup Application (such as Arcserve, Acronis, Symantec Backup Exec, etc) and other software applications.

. Knowledge on Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration is an added advantage

. Knowledge of database applications such as SAP, Web Development will be an added advantage.

. Good command of spoken and written English.
