. Strong Cybersecurity Program / Transition Manager with experience managing enterprise-scale security implementations and operational handovers.

. Capable of managing the complete lifecycle of cybersecurity initiatives from PoC and pilot phases through production deployment, hypercare, and steady-state operations.

. Experienced in stakeholder coordination across Product, Security, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Vendors, Procurement, and PMO teams.

. Hands-on exposure to service transition and operational readiness including SLAs/SLOs, runbooks, escalation models, monitoring, DR/BCP, support structures, and operational governance.

. Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, governance, risk management, DevSecOps practices, vendor management, and organizational change management.

Ideal Candidate Background:

. 8-15+ years of experience in cybersecurity program delivery, transition management, or operations leadership.

. Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation or security centralization programs.

. Strong ITIL/process-oriented mindset with operational governance experience.
