Cybersecurity Specialist (IGA / DLP / Security Operations) - 1 Year Contract
We are hiring a Cybersecurity Specialist to support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives across Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Internet Proxy Security, and Security Operations (SecOps).
This role is ideal for cybersecurity professionals with experience in either IAM/IGA or Security Operations who are keen to broaden their exposure across modern enterprise security technologies including AI-driven DLP, SIEM monitoring, and Zero Trust security.
Key Responsibilities
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Support Identity Governance initiatives including user access management, RBAC, and access reviews
- Manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and user provisioning/deprovisioning activities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams on IAM integrations and enhancements
- Assist with access certification campaigns, UAT testing, issue analysis, and documentation
- Support audit and compliance activities related to identity and access management
Data Loss Prevention (DLP) & AI Security
- Configure and support DLP solutions to protect sensitive and confidential data
- Monitor and investigate DLP alerts and insider risk activities
- Support implementation of AI/ML-driven security monitoring capabilities
- Ensure data protection controls align with security and compliance standards
Internet Proxy & Web Security
- Support secure web gateway and proxy solutions
- Configure URL filtering and web access security policies
- Monitor internet traffic and investigate suspicious activities
- Integrate security logs into SIEM platforms for centralized monitoring
Security Operations (SecOps)
- Monitor and investigate cybersecurity alerts through SIEM platforms
- Perform incident triage, analysis, escalation, and response activities
- Support SOC operations, threat detection, and vulnerability management
- Analyze logs across identity, endpoint, network, and cloud environments
- Participate in incident reporting and post-incident reviews
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Experience or exposure to IAM / IGA solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance
- Familiarity with IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and Zero Trust
- Exposure to DLP technologies such as Microsoft Purview, Symantec, or Forcepoint
- Knowledge of SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or QRadar
- Familiarity with proxy/security gateway technologies such as Zscaler or Netskope
- Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Python is advantageous
Security Knowledge
- Understanding of SOC operations and incident response processes
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, threat detection, and log analysis
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001
- Understanding of cloud and enterprise security concepts
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across multiple security domains in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with interest in automation and AI-driven security operations
Preferred Profile
- Strong background in either IAM/IGA or Security Operations
- Keen interest in expanding into broader cybersecurity domains
- Comfortable working in both operational and engineering environments
