Cybersecurity Specialist - Identity, Data Protection& Security Operations
We are hiring a Cybersecurity Specialist to join a dynamic security team working across Identity Security (IGA/IAM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Web Security, and Security Operations (SOC/SIEM).
This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys working across both security engineering and operational defence, with exposure to modern enterprise security platforms and cloud environments.
You will play a key role in protecting identities, securing sensitive data, monitoring security events, and responding to incidents across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Support Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and access lifecycle management
- Manage access reviews and certification campaigns
- Work with stakeholders to define and maintain RBAC models
- Support identity platform integrations and user access governance
- Assist with UAT, issue resolution, and process improvements
Data Protection & Web Security
- Manage DLP solutions and data protection controls
- Investigate DLP alerts and insider risk events
- Administer Secure Web Gateway / Proxy solutions (e.g.Zscaler, Netskope)
- Monitor web traffic and enforce security policies
Security Operations
- Monitor and investigate security alerts using SIEM platforms
- Support incident response, threat detection, and log analysis
- Analyse events across identity, endpoint, network, and cloud environments
- Participate in threat hunting and security monitoring improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience
- Experience in either:
- Identity Governance / IAM (SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra IDGovernance), or
- Security Operations / SOC (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar)
- Understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, RBAC, Zero Trust)
- Familiarity with DLP, proxy/web security, and incident response processes
- Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or ISO 27001
- Scripting skills (PowerShell or Python) are a plus

This is a 1 year contract role to start, renewable and convertible to permanant.
