The ideal candidate must have a solid background in Program / Project management in IT security, particularly in MNC environment and possess excellent organization and stakeholder's management skills.
Direct Responsibilities
Manage the global Cyber program for APAC for a portfolio of projects:
- Manage the lifecycle of the projects in their different phases (framing, validation, execution and transition to Run), in coordination with Global PMO
- Relay the global updates, risks and priorities during each phase of the projects
- Coordinate the different dedicated resources of the projects and other contributors (e.g. local or regional IT and Security teams) for execution of the tasks on time and within budget
- Contribute to the global steering activities of the projects and gather the regional updates and risks from the different regional or local stakeholders
- Regularly prepare and present strategic updates to the APAC ITP ExCo as well as other APAC management committees
- Manage the resource/financial planning related to the projects (incl. hiring & onboarding of project resources)
Contributing Responsibilities
- Partners with APAC ITP and local territories lead to identify KPI gaps, propose enhancements and track improvement initiatives.
- Support department activities and initiatives (e.g., budget, tools roll-outs, etc.).
Technical:
- Proven track record of managing programs with multiple cross-regional stakeholders.
- Good knowledge (or pass experiences) in cyber security activities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of using AI or machine-learning techniques in cyber-security projects (such as reporting, analysis. etc..) is an advantage
Specific Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business or related field. Master Degree a plus.
- 8+ years experience delivering security-focused projects in an MNC (banking, consulting, or technology).
- PMP certification (or equivalent) CISSP, CISM or CISA a plus.
