Cybersecurity Project Manager

Overview
We are partnering with a leading global investment platform to hire a Cybersecurity Project Manager to drive a portfolio of critical security initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of technology, risk, and delivery—managing multiple projects spanning network security, Azure security maturity uplift, and organizational governance frameworks.
This is a core project management role requiring someone who can operate at pace, bring structure to complex environments, and engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Salary range: SGD200k base plus exceptional bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver multiple concurrent cybersecurity projects across:
- Network security enhancements
- Azure/cloud security maturity upgrades
- Organizational governance and security frameworks
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory priorities
- Drive stakeholder engagement across security, infrastructure, risk, and senior leadership teams
- Ensure projects align with recognized cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST)
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across programs
- Establish clear reporting, governance, and communication structures
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including security engineers, architects, and external vendors
- Ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and meets quality standards
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering cybersecurity or technology programs
- Strong grounding in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Solid understanding of:
- NIST cybersecurity framework
- Cloud security (ideally Azure)
- Network security principles and controls
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused mindset
