Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical support and solution design for assigned cybersecurity and network performance products
- Work closely with Sales, customers, partners, and vendors to develop go-to-market solutions, proposals, and RFI/RFP responses
- Understand customer IT and security environments to deliver strategic cybersecurity solution selling
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements
- Design solution architectures, validate designs through in-house lab testing, and recommend improvements
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging cybersecurity technologies
- Deliver technical enablement and product training to partners, post-sales engineers, and internal sales teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and technology vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of pre-sales experience in cybersecurity or network solutions candidates with delivery/implementation experience transitioning to pre-sales are welcome
- Strong technical knowledge of IT and network infrastructure, security architectures, Endpoint, Email, Web & Cloud security, firewalls, IPS/IDS, SDN, VMware, UNIX/Windows environments, and network performance tools
- Ability to design solution architectures, create technical proposals, and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements
- Experience with SSE/SASE platforms (e.g., Netskope, Skyhigh Security, Versa Networks) and other security solutions such as Data Protection, Vulnerability Management, Compliance & Audit, and Encryption
- Industry or technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, CISSP, or CEH are a plus
