Job Summary
We are hiring IT Security Officers (ITSOs) to support system managers and the Board's Cybersecurity Team in securing IT infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments (GDC, GCC, GCC+). The role focuses on security monitoring, compliance, cloud security coordination, risk assessment, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct system security reviews, hardening checks, and risk assessments based on standards such as CIS Benchmarks
- Develop, review, and maintain security baselines and SOPs
- Monitor and respond to security alerts, phishing incidents, malware alerts, and vulnerabilities
- Support audits, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing
- Review and track CSPM findings (Cloudscape and other tools) and follow up on remediation with relevant teams
- Provide security guidance for new projects and support governance and compliance tools
- Prepare monthly security reports and support IT security awareness training
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Cybersecurity or related field
- Minimum 2 years of cloud cybersecurity experience (cloud and on-prem, especially GCC)
- At least one security certification: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA
- Familiarity with Azure Log Analytics, AWS CloudWatch, CSPM tools, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
