Aufgabengebiet
- Lead the development and governance of OT cybersecurity policies and standards
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and enterprise security requirements
- Drive implementation of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST, IEC, ISO)
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks
- Provide subject matter expertise in OT/ICS security environments
- Strengthen organisational cybersecurity posture through continuous improvement
- Support audits, assessments, and compliance reporting initiatives
Anforderungsprofil
- Experience in cybersecurity, with exposure to OT/ICS environments
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and governance practices
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar are advantageous
- Experience managing risk, compliance, and security standards implementation
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to lead initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments
