Our client, an established technology solutions provider, is expanding its cybersecurity and infrastructure team to support enterprise customers and large-scale projects.
The successful candidate will be involved in the implementation, support, and technical advisory of security and networking solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and advisory services for assigned cybersecurity or infrastructure solutions.
- Assist in solution implementation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver suitable technical solutions.
- Perform system monitoring, issue investigation, and provide recommendations to improve security and infrastructure performance.
- Support project deployment activities, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Keep updated on emerging technologies and security trends to support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, endpoint management, or IT systems support.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas:Endpoint security solutions (Trellix / Trend Micro)Endpoint management platforms (Tanium)Network security solutions (Check Point)Enterprise network infrastructure (Arista)Security monitoring and SIEM platforms
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking concepts, and cybersecurity principles.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage customers and stakeholders.
