Implement, configure, maintain, and optimize cybersecurity technologies and security controls in a banking environment.
Administer and support security platforms, including SIEM, endpoint security, vulnerability management, IAM/PAM, email security, and network security solutions.
Perform system hardening, security configuration reviews, and vulnerability remediation activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve security technology issues, working closely with infrastructure and application teams.
Support security projects, technology upgrades, platform migrations, and continuous security improvements.
Develop and maintain security documentation, technical procedures, and operational standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
1 to 2 years of relevant cybersecurity experience, including internships, industrial attachments, or full-time employment.
Hands-on experience with one or more security technologies such as SIEM, Endpoint Protection/EDR, Vulnerability Management, Firewalls, IAM/PAM, Web Application Firewalls, or Email Security solutions.
Familiarity with security architecture, system hardening, access controls, vulnerability management, and security best practices.
Good understanding of networking, Windows and Linux operating systems, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications will be advantageous.
Exposure to banking, financial services, or other regulated environments is a plus.
