Responsibilities
- Deploy and deliver professional services
Support the implementation, deployment, and upgrade of cybersecurity products distributed by the company. This may include coordinating with customers, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery. - Provide technical solutions
Analyse customer requirements and recommend practical, fit-for-purpose solutions or viable alternatives. - Conduct product training
Deliver training sessions to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective product understanding and adoption. - Perform installation and configuration
Independently execute product installations and configurations based on technical documentation and best practices. - Continuous upskilling and certification
Stay current with relevant technologies by obtaining technical certifications and continuously enhancing product knowledge. - Develop subject matter expertise
Build deep technical expertise over time and support knowledge transfer to internal teams, enabling stronger customer support capabilities. - Provide technical support to business teams
Assist sales and support teams with technical input, including product clarifications, solution design considerations, tender compliance, and ad-hoc technical queries. - Ad-hoc responsibilities
Undertake any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, Information Security, or Cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and enterprise IT infrastructure, including:
Firewalls, VPN, DLP, IDS/IPS, Web Proxy, DNS, Email Security, Log Management, SIEM, Virtualization, Containers, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DevOps/DevSecOps, Privileged Access Management, Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Security, CyberArk Conjur - Solid troubleshooting skills across networking and system environments, including:
Routing, NAT, VLAN, Multicast, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, Active Directory (AD), LDAP, RADIUS, SNMP, Syslog, SMTP, TLS, SSH - Strong interest in cybersecurity trends, threat landscape, and hacking techniques
- Relevant industry certifications are highly preferred, such as:
Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Check Point CCSE/CCSM, Thales, CyberArk CDE, Trellix, ArcSight ESM/Logger, ITOM, SailPoint, CISSP, CREST, OSCP
