Key Responsibilities
Facilitate clear and timely communication among all stakeholders
Liaise with customers and vendors to resolve technical issues
Review customers business workflows or system functionalities and provide improvement recommendations
Ensure system availability with 24/7 operational support
Perform ad hoc troubleshooting and fault isolation on cybersecurity-related issues
Execute scheduled system preventive maintenance to optimize performance
Manage service requests and incidents to ensure timely and effective resolution
Collaborate with service providers and vendors to ensure SLAs are met
Provide support during critical events on a rotational basis
Requirements / Skills
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Professional certifications in cybersecurity solutions preferred
