Job Description
Lead delivery of cybersecurity projects across infrastructure, applications, or cloud environments
Implement security controls aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security into system design
Oversee incident response and support threat management activities
Manage team performance and contribute to capability development
Provide guidance on security best practices and standards
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles
Strong knowledge in at least one domain (e.g., cloud security, IAM, network security)
Experience delivering security solutions in enterprise environments
Ability to manage stakeholders and project deliverables effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
