Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers, understanding their requirements and business objectives.
• Propose and implement effective cybersecurity solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Deliver managerial and technical advice to leverage cybersecurity technologies for achieving business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to manage IT initiatives.
• Design IT systems and networks with a strong focus on cybersecurity measures.
• Assist customers in resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
• Monitor and communicate risks proactively to team members and stakeholders.
• Offer technical advice, training, and support to customers IT staff as designated.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity within a corporate environment.
• Proven capability in managing project tasks effectively.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity activities, including:
• Cybersecurity assessments (document/interview-based).
• Network/infrastructure vulnerability checks through tools and manual methods.
• Penetration testing.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, such as vulnerability scanning and penetration testing tools.
• Understanding of cybersecurity standards and guidelines (e.g., NIST, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISMS, HIPAA) is advantageous.
• Availability to work across various time zones, specifically EST and CST.
• Flexibility to work remotely or on-site as needed in designated regions.
