Cybersecurity Engineer

Salary Range: SGD 100,000 120,000 per annum
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This role focuses on building and scaling offensive security capabilities that help organisations understand their real-world security posture through continuous, real-time assessment.
The successful candidate will combine strong software engineering skills with an interest in offensive security, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale data processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software systems that support offensive security and red team operations.
- Lead and contribute to research and development initiatives that simulate adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) at scale.
- Architect, build, and operate scalable, cloud-based infrastructure to support high-volume data ingestion and real-time analysis.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for processing attack surface and security telemetry.
- Collaborate with security researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate findings into actionable insights.
- Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and performant in production environments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
Requirements:
- 25 years of professional experience in software engineering, cybersecurity engineering, or a related field.
- Experience or exposure to offensive security, red teaming, or adversary simulation concepts.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and experience designing scalable cloud-native systems.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, or similar.
- Experience building and maintaining data-intensive or distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
Nice To Have:
- Hands-on experience with offensive security activities such as red teaming, vulnerability research, or CTF competitions.
- Experience working with large datasets or big data technologies for security analysis.
- Knowledge of common vulnerabilities and weaknesses across application, network, and cloud security domains.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps or cloud-native tooling.
