We are looking for a highly motivated Security Engineer who will join the Bank's cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will support the design, implementation, and testing of secure software and systems. In this role, you will work closely with senior security and technology teams to identify vulnerabilities, fix security issues, and help integrate security controls into our applications and infrastructure. This position is ideal for someone with a software or IT background who is eager to grow their career in cybersecurity and secure development.
Job Description:
- Translate business and technology security requirements into product features, to introduce new security engineering capabilities through procurement and in-house development
- Work with other security and technology team members and vendors to identify enhancement areas, continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of security systems
- Enhance security tools on cloud with new features spanning across infra security, end point security and data security domains
- Automate security monitoring functions from threat intelligence feeds, IOC ingestions to event monitoring and analysis
- Lead the design, development and deployment of AIGC based security technologies for the bank
- Perform security assessment on the bank's applications and cloud infrastructure including VAPT and red teaming exercises
- Lead the enhancement project to how the bank designs and develops open APIs with assurance of both security and efficiency
- Lead Vulnerability analysis and remediation
Requirement:
- BS in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Cybersecurity
- Experience with Data Engineering
- Proficient in at least one of the coding languages such as Java (preferred), Python, JavaScript, etc
- Passion in building cloud-based security systems and services
- Keeps abreast with relevant vulnerabilities, response and mitigating technical controls
- Strong analytical skills and a problem solver
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarin speaking stakeholders
