Cyber Security Consultant (Deployment)

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements for cyber security solutions, specifically in the areas of GRC, VMS, and Cloud Security.
• Participate in proposal development, scoping, and sizing of technical solutions for clients.
• Assist in the deployment of related projects and provide expert consultation on the deployment process and progress as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for solution deployments.
• Facilitate technical enablement for clients, empowering them with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Offer post-sales support services for corrective and preventive maintenance when needed.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
• A positive working attitude.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• A passion for information security.
• Interest in using existing analytical tools or technologies to improve security processes or enhance user experience.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT security.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Vulnerability Management Systems (VMS), or Cloud Security.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting.
• Familiarity with industry-recognized analysis frameworks such as Kill Chain, Diamond Model, NIST Response, etc.
• Knowledge of information security technologies, cyber threat actors, cyber-crimes, and fraudulent activities targeting various industries.
