Overview
Role: Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer
Location: Tampines
The PAM Engineer will play a key role in strengthening the organisation's identity security posture by supporting Privileged Access Management engineering activities and project implementations. The role focuses on designing, integrating, and maintaining PAM controls across on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring secure management of privileged accounts and sessions.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and configure Application Access Manager (AAM), Conjur and Secrets Hub solutions.
• Document solution design, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and provide knowledge transition to operations and support teams.
• Provide guidance to support team on resolving technical issues and incidents.
• Integrate various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows servers, Unix servers, databases, networking devices, middleware, and custom applications (including SaaS).
• Develop password and session management connectors to onboard and manage privileged accounts in CyberArk solution.
• Deploy and operationalize CyberArk components, such as Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA),
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
• Privileged Account Management (PAM) technologies and capabilities.
• Experience in planning, scoping, deployment, and integration of PAM solutions.
• Relevant experience in technologies, such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), IT Service Management (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy), databases (SQL, Oracle), network configuration, Windows Active Directory (AD), Unix/Linux, and Windows server.
• Experience in deploying PAM solutions in Cloud and managing privileged identities in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, DevOps).
• PAM certifications are preferred.
• Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. NodeJS, Java, Python).
• Experience with CICD pipeline set up for automated deployments.
