Hiring: Junior Cybersecurity / IT Risk Analyst (2–4 Years Experience)

We are looking for a junior to early-mid level Cybersecurity / IT Risk professional to support security operations, audits, and remediation activities. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for someone who has real exposure to incidents, controls, and audit support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support security incident management activities, including investigation, tracking, and follow-ups
- Manage and review user access controls, IAM processes, and access-related incidents
- Assist in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity and cloud security controls
- Perform risk assessments, impact analysis, and root cause analysis for incidents or control gaps
- Act as a point of contact for external auditors by providing evidence and supporting audit walkthroughs
- Support remediation planning, tracking, and closure of audit findings and security issues
- Coordinate with internal IT, security, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Required Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, IT audit, or security operations
- Practical experience with incident management and access management processes
- Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and cloud security controls
- Experience supporting audits or working with external auditors
- Exposure to risk analysis, root cause analysis, and remediation planning
- Ability to document issues clearly and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, ITGC)
- Certifications or ongoing studies in cybersecurity, IT audit, or risk (optional)
