Cyber Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment, integration, and operationalization of AgileSec Analytics across a large enterprise environment.
• Define scope, roadmap, milestones, budget, and success criteria; manage delivery from initiation through BAU transition.
• Drive delivery using Agile/Scrum/SAFe/Hybrid methodologies, managing sprints, backlogs, dependencies, and releases.
• Coordinate onboarding of security data sources (SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Threat Intelligence) and support use-case implementation.
• Act as primary interface between client, business stakeholders, security teams, vendors, and executive leadership; manage expectations and drive decision-making.
• Lead workshops, steering committees, design reviews, and executive briefings; ensure high customer satisfaction and project outcomes.
• Maintain RAID logs and ensure compliance with security and enterprise governance standards.
• Produce status reports, executive dashboards, and steering committee presentations; translate technical topics into business insights for CISO/CIO/senior leadership.
• Manage project finances, resource allocation, vendor costs, and third-party/vendor coordination; track deliverables, SLAs, and contractual commitments.
• Drive training, adoption, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years in IT/Project Management, with 5+ years managing Cybersecurity or Security Analytics programs.
• Strong expertise in Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe/Hybrid) and security platform implementation (SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, Cloud Security).
• Proven experience in executive stakeholder management, governance/risk/compliance, and vendor/financial management.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
