CX Business & Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Description

• Lead discovery workshops, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and bridge the gap between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Design and govern architectures across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud, including data models and integrations.
• Guide and mentor project teams of 5 or more members.
• Support pre-sales activities, including effort estimation, proposal preparation, and client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Salesforce certification(s) relevant to solution architecture and platform implementation.
• Strong enterprise architecture skills and experience in designing and delivering Salesforce solutions.
• Experience working in a system integrator or consulting environment.
• Ability to independently lead projects and drive successful delivery.
