Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the wave delivery model (wave scope boundaries, sequencing, entry/exit criteria, rehearsal cadence).
- Own integrated cutover plans and runbooks per wave; coordinate domain runbooks from value streams.
- Plan and execute cutover rehearsals; manage cutover command centre activities during execution windows.
- Drive operational readiness: support model, monitoring, access, comms, incident triage, and hypercare planning.
- Produce wave readiness packs and go/no-go inputs (cutover readiness, operational readiness, residual risks).
- Ensure BAU handover is complete and measurable (acceptance criteria, documentation, knowledge transfer).

- BAU handover checklist and acceptance evidence
Job Requirements
- Strong cutover/release management experience in complex Tech environments.
- Comfortable leading high-tempo execution windows and coordinating multiple teams.
- Solid understanding of service management/operations handover expectations.
