Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit import/export customs declarations for construction materials and equipment to ensure timely processing
- Review and verify customs declaration documents and information for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Monitor and follow up on customs clearance progress to resolve issues and expedite release of goods
- Coordinate customs-related matters with government agencies and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations
- Organize and maintain accurate records of customs declarations and related documents for audit and reference
- Ensure all goods comply with relevant customs regulations to prevent delays and penalties
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess valid customs declaration qualifications/credentials
- Ability to register with relevant government customs systems
