We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service with Helius Technologies for our leading banking client in Singapore.

Location: Singapore

Contract Duration: 12 months & extendable (Extension is subject to project requirements.)

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) role.

Shift: Rotational

A bank customer service representative shift role handles remote account inquiries, processes transactions, and cross-sells financial products across rotating schedules including AM/PM blocks and weekends. Standard requirements include a diploma or secondary education, strong communication skills, and flexibility for staggered shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone, email, or chat inquiries regarding bank accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Process secure customer requests, fund transfers, and data updates accurately.
• Promote banking products, digital self-service tools, and credit services.
• Meet performance targets for call resolution, service quality, and adherence.

Shift and Work Schedule

• AM Shifts: Typical blocks such as 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• PM Shifts: Typical blocks such as 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
• Rotation: Includes weekends and public holidays on a rotating pattern, typically with one weekday off and one weekend off.
• Compensation: Often includes monthly shift allowances.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Levels or Diploma qualifications.
• Professional telephone etiquette and active listening capabilities.
• Ability to work rotating or staggered shift patterns.
• Prior banking or call center experience is an advantage, though entry-level applicants are often welcomed.
