Responsibilities
- Update and manage customer requirements and profiles in the system. Handle customer price lists and ensure accuracy. Maintain proper and timely documentation and filing. Prepare reports for management and sales teams. Manage customer orders from placement through to shipment. Oversee spare parts orders, monitoring delivery schedules and notifying stakeholders of any changes. Collaborate with the operations team to finalize order transactions post-shipment. Update the forwarder portal to assign orders to suppliers for selective customers. Ensure that all required documentation and certifications are completed on time to avoid delays. Identify and highlight critical issues to management, collaborating on resolutions. Commit to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and departmental objectives. Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members. Provide excellent customer care service and share relevant information with teammates and cross-functional teams. Offer support to team members when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in global B2B import and export transactions. Knowledge of payment terms and Incoterms for 2010 and 2020. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Well-organized with excellent follow-up capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, and familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
