The Customer Support Specialist oversees the installation of factory automation equipment, components and systems. He/She assists with after-sales service support to customers and sales offices and ensures compliance with external regulations and company standards. He/She provides technical advice, consultation and training on products and their applications to customers. This includes executing technical service, troubleshooting issues on products reported by customers, and performing modifications to products to suit customers requirements.
He/She is a good team player who interacts effectively with others and possesses problem-solving and interpersonal skills. He/She works on-site and is expected to travel frequently to customers locations.
