This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist, based in Singapore with the flexibility to work remotely. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include offering technical assistance, troubleshooting problems, and analyzing customer feedback to improve support strategies and processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience with Technical Support and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess, identify patterns, and improve customer support processes
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
  • Prior experience in a support or client services role is a plus
