Job Description

Job Summary

You will support operations by engaging the public to provide digital assistance and handle enquiries, collect customer feedback, assist staff with event preparation and facility upkeep, and help maintain security and incident response at the Premises.

Working hours : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Working days : 5 days

Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with members of the public during operating hours to provide digital assistance and resolve straightforward enquiries on public/government services within 15 minutes per interaction
  • Collaborate with staff to perform service recovery when needed to enhance visitor experience
  • Collect Customer Satisfaction scores, visitor feedback, and service details using the Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) to support service quality monitoring
  • Assist staff with administrative and logistical tasks to prepare the Premises for workshops, trainings, delegate visits, and other programmes.
  • Maintain general upkeep and housekeeping of facilities and equipment to support daily operations
  • Monitor for suspicious persons, items, or potential security incidents and promptly report to staff for timely response
  • Support staff in managing incidents such as thefts, injuries, and disputes between visitors to ensure safety and order

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proficient in English to communicate effectively with visitors and staff
  • Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform operational duties safely and effectively.
