Job Description

Customer Support Executive| Jurong East | 5.5 days Work

One of Singapore's largest retail and wholesale garden centre, World Farm is focused on providing the best value and widest range of plants and gardening products for gardeners. With our eye on becoming Singapore's biggest retail garden centre brand, we are now looking for dedicated team players to join us and grow along with us in this exciting phase of our growth.

...One-year contract, with potential for permanent placement subject to good performance.

Job Description:

- Support customer service and sales teams

- Take charge of incoming communications via different channels

- Act as a brand ambassador in dealing with customers

- Manage files and records with effective filing systems

- Act as a bridge between offices in Jurong and Sungei Tengah

- Assist to prepare quotations, contracts, and other relevant company documents such as delivery orders and invoices

- Assist with managing and updating of plants and products stocks and prices in the stock lists, catalogues, website, and server.

- Assist to check that all sales transactions, projects information and transactions are properly completed.

- Manage office/pantry supplies inventory and place orders

- Perform general ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of local working experience
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service attitude and skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, Outlook, emails
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Detail and deadline-oriented

..Training will be provided..

Working Day & Timing:

5 days work week (44 hours work week)

8am - 6pm (4 days) and 8am to 5pm (1 day)

2 work pattern: Monday to Friday & Tuesday to Saturday

..Due to operational requirements, we regret that this is not a WFH position..
