- Reporting at Changi South office
- 5.5 days work week (with permanent Saturday WFH)
- 11am to 7pm Duty Hours Monday to Friday
- Communicate clearly in standard Business English to respond to customer inquiries and support requests
- Process customer orders accurately via e-mail within stipulated response times to ensure timely service delivery
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations and resolve customer issues
- Use Microsoft Office and Google Docs to prepare and manage documents related to customer support tasks
- Adapt quickly by learning new skills through relevant courses provided to enhance job performance
- Demonstrate strong dedication to career progression by actively engaging in development opportunities
