Customer Support Engineer/ Specialist
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Support SAM customers and ensure customer satisfaction by
- Providing prompt & relevant technical / information assistance to each customer
- Gather & communicate customers feedback concerning SAM's product quality, delivery & services to SAM management
- Highlight / initiate / lead / execute customer satisfaction activities with other departments
- Adhere and abide with all SAM and Customer rules, compliance, quality and safety policies
- Ensure & practice good housekeeping
- Observe all safety rules of the company and at customer premises
- Exercise safety precautions
- Use approved, safe methods & procedures while working in the factory premises
