Customer Support Engineer
- Job title: Customer Support Engineer(Full time)
- Working hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (5 days work week, Mon-Fri)
- Location: Ubi area (But will be required to travel to other sites when necessary)
Minimum Qualification:
- Experienced as a Service Engineer within the Semiconductor/Mechanical Engineering industries
- Inexperienced candidates with NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering / OJT provided
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Job scope:
- Provide on-site technical service, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment at customer's sites.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure optimal machine performance and reliability
- Able to work independently
- Willingness to travel within the Southeast Asia region on short notice for service job assignments if necessary.
