Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Support Engineer role based in Singapore. The Engineer will maintain and support data center projects, including planning, coordination, and technical implementation of MK119 DC OpsWare and related systems. Responsibilities include reviewing maintenance requirements, preparing technical reports, and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and quality support. The role involves participating in installation, testing, and commissioning activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong IT and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to understand and apply relevant technical concepts in data center environments.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers, and for producing clear technical documentation.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT or a related engineering field.
• Experience in data centers, building management systems (BMS), DCIM, or industrial control systems is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site at customer facilities as required and to collaborate in a multicultural, regional team.
• Singaporeans & PR preferred.
